E3 Academics- to hold free class at Buford Elementary.
The Nussbaum Center for Entrepreneurship, a Greensboro, NC based business incubator, today announced that Associate, E3 Academics, the Triad franchise owner for Young Rembrandts(YR), will hold a free class at Bluford Elementary on December 3, 2008. The purpose of this class is to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the Young Rembrandts company. Students will take a course featuring an American themed lesson. After the class, they will be encouraged to upload the work they create to a National website, www.drawingacrossamerica.com. For each drawing uploaded, Young Rembrandts will donate $1.00 to America for the Arts, the nation’s leading nonprofit organization for advancing the arts in America.“Our students have a hunger and passion for the arts,” says Marilyn Culp, owner of E3 Academics. “Young Rembrandts is an important part of the educational thread in the Triad, and this is a great way for our children to participate in a great project with a great message.”
