Nussbaum Center Associate celebrates 3 FAST 50 graduates

The Nussbaum Center for Entrepreneurship, a Greensboro, NC based business incubator, today announced that 3 of its graduate companies were named to the Triad Business Journal’s Fast 50. These companies earn this honor through showing demonstrated growth with revenues of at least $2 million in 2007.

#20 Effectur, a tax resolution service, graduated from the Nussbaum Center in 2006.

#29 Apex Analytix provides accounts payable software to assist in error prevention. Apex graduated from the Nussbaum Center in 1998.

#31 Accelerando, provides retail management systems and IT Consulting. They are a 2006 graduate of the Nussbaum Center.

“The Nussbaum Center for Entrepreneurship has existed for the last twenty years to assist companies in reaching their full potential,” said Sam Funchess, President/CEO of the Nussbaum Center. “In addition to this, we serve as an economic development agency for the region. The clearest demonstration of both of these endeavors is the number of jobs created by our Associate companies. The three graduate companies that qualified for this year’s Fast 50 combine for a total of 334 jobs, 215 of which are still in the Triad. We are extremely proud to have been a part of their success.” ###
